Privacy, with care.

I’m Liza Aquino, based in the Algarve, Portugal. You can contact me at lifeforce.withliza@hotmail.com.

When you send an enquiry, I collect your name, email, optional recipient name, optional WhatsApp number and message; if you sign up for the newsletter, I collect your email address.

I use this information to reply to you, arrange sessions and send the newsletter if you signed up for it. Bookings made on this website are stored in its form system (Netlify), while Eventbrite bookings follow Eventbrite's own policy.

I keep enquiries for 12 months and newsletter email addresses until you unsubscribe. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing me, and I’ll respond within 30 days.

Anything you share about your health is used only to make sure the practice is safe for you, and is never shared.

Photos or videos from events are only used with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
