FAQ
Questions people often ask.
If you're curious or have questions about the experience, you're probably not the first person to wonder. Here are a few answers that might help.

If something is not answered here, you are welcome to ask.
Do I need any previous experience?
Not at all. You don't need to know how to breathe in a particular way, meditate, or have any previous experience with somatic or energy practices. You only need an open heart and an open mind. Come as you are, and I'll guide you.
What might I experience during the session?
Every experience is different. Some people feel deeply relaxed, others experience emotional release, physical sensations, moments of clarity, or simply a stronger connection with themselves. There's no "right" way to experience it.
Is it safe?
Yes. Every session is guided with care, presence and respect for your own process. I have a background that allows a trauma-informed approach, and I always invite you to listen to your own body rather than push beyond your limits.
How should I prepare?
Wear comfortable clothing, avoid alcohol or recreational drugs for 48 hours before and after the session, and, if possible, avoid having a heavy meal right beforehand. Bring an open mind and be ready to surrender to the experience.
Who is this not suitable for?
This journey is not recommended for those under 18 years old, during pregnancy, individuals with severe mental health conditions, those suffering from epilepsy/seizures, severe cardiovascular conditions, glaucoma, recent surgery, or anyone under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs. If you're unsure whether this work is appropriate for you, feel free to reach out before booking.
What's the difference between a private and a group session?
Both sessions follow the same structure. Private sessions offer one-to-one guidance and more personalized support. Group sessions invite you into a shared space where each person has their own individual experience while being held within a collective environment. Neither is "better" — they're simply different ways of experiencing the work.
Every experience is different
And that's exactly the point.
If you're curious about exploring your own experience, I'd love to welcome you.
